Descriptions
Research and review the current various design parameters of the radiant chilled panels and system performance. Additionally, research, develop, and implement loading design calculations, as well as a smart control system for actual projects and evaluate its performance. Further, research, develop, and implement newly developed radiant chilled panels in actual projects and assess their performance. Apply numerical analysis and CFD modelling to create a mathematical model for heat transfer calculations of this technology. Finally, carry out simulation techniques and field tests to analyse human comfort for this technology.
Requirements
- A MSc degree or PhD specializing in radiant and convective heat transfer and/or instrumentation and control and/or experiences in application of CFD simulation of heat transfer for indoor and outdoor environment;
- A First degree in physic or relevant engineering subjects with strong background and interest in different heat transfer theorems in relation to human comfort for indoor and outdoor environments, and/or instrumentation and control system; or
- Basic knowledge in air conditioning design, human comfort criterial for indoor and outdoor environments would also be an advantage.
- Oversea and mainland universities graduate with QS within 100 will also be considered
