System Design
The process begins with equipment procurement, which involves purchasing necessary components such as the unit, thermostat, ductwork, and any custom-made FlatCool Equipment. Next, site preparation is crucial; the installation area must be cleared to provide sufficient space for the unit and ensure proper access for installation. Following this, a cooling load calculation is performed to assess the required cooling capacity. The system design is then developed, incorporating design integration and collaboration with interior designers or architects to ensure a cohesive and functional outcome.

Installation
The installation phase involves setting up the system, followed by site coordination and management to ensure smooth operations and effective communication among all parties involved. Finally, testing and commissioning of the FlatCool System are conducted to verify proper functionality and ensure that it meets performance standards.

Maintenance
Upon completion of the installation, the FlatCool System is officially handed over to the client. This is accompanied by post-installation support, which includes a follow-up inspection to assess the system's performance, the establishment of a maintenance plan to ensure ongoing efficiency, and an explanation of warranty activities to address any future concerns.
